| We have come to the very sad time where we
say goodbye to our friends Steve and Katie, Steve started his assistance
pastor position in February 2005. We have been mightily blessed by the things God has
done through them both in the past few years. During his time at Copse Road
Steve has been heavily involved in Youth work, running the YP events,
co-leading the base, also preaching. Katie has also been a massive help to
us, singing, co-leading the base with Steve, co-leading Identity with Jo and
Joy. To mention just a few of their tasks. God has now led Steve to a position in the UCCF (Universities and Colleges Christian Fellowship), working among the students in South Wales. They will be moving back to their home land! During the past few months Steve had to look for a new job, pass his driving test, and they both had to find a new home, all with a baby on the way - Praise God for answered prayer. CONGRATULATIONS to Steve and Katie on the safe arrival of their first child, a baby girl weighing 5lbs 11oz!! Steve and Katie: we pray that God will continue to use you both mightily and we pray for safety as you start a family together. Don't forget to come back and visit us! |
